Simple Fying Wing...

Simple, Fast Built Flying Wing.

After my delta jet F106 look alike crash, I want to build other model that I can fly soon.Searching on the internet, I wan to try creating flying wing. Using this RC thing I have in hand ( coz now I’m during biz trip to korea ), I have only motor BL Emax FC 2812, 4 HXT9gr Blue servo, BL ESC HXT 20A and LoongMax 3S1P 1300mAH /20C

Here is my built and plan.

Root chord 30cm

Tip Chort 12 Cm

Swept Back 28cm

Wing Span 90cm.

I found CG is around 13.5 cm from LE.

This is critical point I think for flying wing CG point.

So, let see the rest.Here is motor installation, wing and sem fuse for battery compartement.

Servo placement, RX install and antenna wire..

Pic complete plane, maiden photo etc…wait for getting picture tonight..

Wing CG Calculator

Sometimes it's need to calculate CG of wing airplane model fast and accurately. Using some calculation i found it in internet such as www.palosrc.com/CG.html , i make this tool to help find out CG point fast.

Just insert Half Span, Root Chord, Tip Chord, and Swept Distance also % of MAC Balance Point ( 10% ussually for Delta Wing ) and under 5% for others, Click and CG is calculated. just pick it out and measure on you're wing.
